Are there any official instructions I can follow to get this working, and if not can I pls have some? There is quite literally zero documentation on this (or if there is it’s hidden behind some very obscure search filters). I haven’t tried just putting the line back in for the sake of it, but I don’t really want to waste anymore time recompiling and distributing the engine again unless it’s going to work. It’s not in Master, Promoted or Release, nor 4.8.

I can only assume that means that OpenGL ES3.1 is no longer supported at all. Now the problem is, in 4.7 that line in PlatformInfo.cpp still exists. I know this is a pain, we are skating a line between adding functionality early and not confusing poeple with it. Now you should see Android_ES31 in the editor where you also see Android_DXT.

Unfortunately, I still don’t have the option to package any game (even one of the example ones) for Android OpenGL ES3.1 and AEP. I therefore built the Engine and have since distributed it to all team mates. A quick forum searched led me to this post, which led me to believe that that would be fine.
